This was my second facial with Jeanvieve and once again I left MORE than satisfied! However, I would like to share my check in experience. I called two minutes before the start of my appointment as instructed by the text message i received. After being on hold for 15 minutes i decided to leave a message to receive a call back as this was an option provided. As I was leaving my voice message i received a call from another number which was the front desk stating "You have a 3:45pm appointment with Jeanvieve..." to which i replied i have been on hold for 15 minutes. My first appointment i had the same experience however my appointment started nearly 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. I hope some changes can be made for I could foresee this negatively impacting the business overall.
Nanci is awesome and made me feel so comfortable for day one. She always gets back to me ASAP with any questions or concerns I have. I am already recommending her to my friends!
Friendly staff. I'm very impressed with their quality of service and professionalism. Will definitely return for another facial with Nancie. I would highly recommend North Sound Dermatology Aesthetics to my friends and family. I'm so glad I found them!
Karissa was great with her work and patiently heard all my skin concerns. Right from my first appointment she was able to help me in resolving my skin issues. I will definitely go there. Ambience is fantastic to visit during this pandemic.
Whatever Peggy recommends! I cannot thank her enough nor endorse her highly enough. She was amazing. Peggy is clearly well trained and informed. She listened to my concerns and transformed my deep lip lines into a smooth upper lip area. I am absolutely thrilled and am already looking forward to going back. The visual difference is remarkable! Last night as we were settling down my boyfriend said to me "I actually did a triple take today. I was watching you work at the computer and you just looked so pretty". - Thank you, Peggy!
