Appointment Policy

Appointments are available from 8:00am through 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We understand how important your time is, and we will strive to provide you with timely, efficient service. We are also open one Saturday a month.

A scheduled appointment is a commitment of time between the provider and the patient. We have reserved time just for you. When appointments are missed or cancelled, that time is lost. We ask that when you make an appointment for treatment, you make every effort to keep that appointment. We understand that emergencies do arise, and we will take that into consideration. If you find that you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, we require one business-day notice prior to your scheduled visit so that we may schedule another patient in need of treatment. Please note that if you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to work you back into the schedule. If we are unable to do so, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Missed Appointment Policy

A Missed Appointment fee of $75.00 will be applied to your account if we do not receive at least one business-day notice of cancellation or rescheduling. This fee will be due before scheduling another appointment. Additionally, when scheduling any future visits with your provider, you will be required to pay a deposit of $75.00 upon scheduling. This deposit will be applied towards your scheduled services.
